A8チップは、A7チップの28ナノから20ナノへのプロセス進化版だが、コア数は2コアのままのようだ。
具体的なコア数の発表はなかったのでたぶん前と同じはず。　

64bitに移行した直後でもあり、たぶんTSMCでの生産も初回なので、
アーキテクチャはあまりいじらずに、堅く低消費電力版、といったところか。

Xcode6はいよいよゴールデンマスターがリリースされたので、一応は安定してSwiftで開発ができる。
17日のiOS8リリースで正式版だろう。

妙だな。Xcode 6 のGM、iOS では Swift で書けるけど、OSX では New Project で Swift が選択できなくなってる。

there are a few minor enhancements we plan for the 6.1 release cycle (aligning with Yosemite), but its primary focus is bug fixing and polish.
6.1b1 fixed many bugs that are not listed in the release notes (individual bugs are not generally listed there).

Xcode 6.1 beta for OS X Yosemite

This pre-release version of the Xcode 6.1 developer tools is required
when developing for OS X Yosemite, and includes the Swift programming language.
Xcode 6.1 beta runs on OS X Mavericks and OS X Yosemite Developer Preview.


Mac用アプリ開発の場合には6.1ベータで。

Apple WatchのWatchKitの開発もやるなら、またベータでの開発に戻りそう。
シミュレーター上でいいから、Apple Watchの開発環境が待ち遠しい。

swiftの勉強のためにterminalで使いたいんだけど、mavericksは対応してないってerrorでる。
beta版じゃないとダメみたい。beta版入れたくないからyosemite待つしかない。
