構成はThreadripper 3990 + 6900XT*2で、6900XT（TPB300W）は1基につき3つのPCIE8pinコネクタに1本+分岐あり1本の計2本で繋いでいた様子。Seasonicの推奨には従っている
Signture 1300はPCIE8pinコネクタを12個備えるので、仕様に対しても余裕がある

原因分析：
[--SID--]Antec Signature Platinum is Seasonic Prime. Seasonic uses 9A terminals instead of 13A HCS terminals that are more heat resistant.
[--SID--]Seasonic don't recommand >150w powerdraw from one cable.
[jonnyGURU]18g wire and cheap terminals.
Seasonicは9Aのピンを使用しており、ほかのメーカーが採用することの多い13AのMini-Fit HCSコンタクトピンに対して熱耐性が低い
またSeasonicは18AWGの比較的細い電線を使用しており、ここでも高電流に対して弱点になる(他メーカーの多くはPCIEやCPUの電源ケーブルには16AWG線を使っている)
