当直帯にやってきた尿閉は導尿して帰宅させて、再度の尿閉で受診したらFoleyを入れて入院させて翌日、泌尿器科受診させていた。

Minor Emergenciesを読んでいたらpostobstructive diuresis,という病態があるとのこと。

Foleyをクランプするかとか輸液を生食にするかどうかは見解が分かれている。

初回からFoley留置して入院経過観察の方が面倒なことに巻き込まれなくくていいな。

と書いてあったけど、本当に困ったらエコーガイド下にCVカテのキットを使おうと思っている。
幸いその事態に追い込まれたことはない。
