福島原発が壊れた原因は揺れではなく津波です。
津波は異常な天災というほどではありません。

海抜10mの高さに原発を建設するなどは常識的には考えられません。
今回の原発事故は明らかに人災です(設計者の警告を上部が握りつぶしたとのこと)。
