理屈の上では4分33秒間何もしないでいると著作権利用料徴収できるし
環境音が楽曲の構成要素となるものも管轄曲としている為
呼吸でき鼓動を打つ生命があるなら金を払え、
空気に限らず物体の振動を起こせるものならば金払えと強弁できるのだ

現実の方が数段上だな

「イスラム教徒受刑者のスカーフ配慮を」　日弁連が要望　（2017年5月16日23時19分）

　刑務所でもイスラム教徒のラマダン（断食月）やスカーフ着用に配慮して――。日本弁護士
連合会（日弁連）が栃木刑務所に対し、バングラデシュ人の女性受刑者の信教に配慮した
対応を要望した。女性から２０１３年に２度、日弁連の人権擁護委員会に人権救済の申し立て
が出ていた。日弁連がイスラム教の戒律をめぐり人権救済の要望を出すのは初めてという。
　１２日付の要望書によると、女性はイスラム教徒で０６年に入所後、礼拝用に長さ２メートル
以上のスカーフの所持を許可された。しかし、１３年に自殺や逃亡防止を理由に、刑務所から
約８０センチの三角巾を使うよう求められ、１４年１月にはスカーフを没収された。また、夜明け
から日没まで飲食ができないラマダン期間中に、日の出前の食事提供を求めたが拒まれたと
いう。
　日弁連は「三角巾では耳や首が十分に覆えず、信教の自由を侵害した」と指摘。ラマダン中
の食事時間にも配慮を求めた。
　これに対し、栃木刑務所は「規律・秩序の維持や管理運営に支障がない範囲で、宗教行為
には最大限便宜をはかっており、対応に違法、不当な点はないと考えている」としている。

A new report claims Israel was the partner who provided the sensitive
intelligence that Donald Trump shared with Russian officials in a meeting
at the White House last week.
According to the New York Times, the U.S. obtained the information that
the president provided to Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Russian
Ambassador Sergey Kislyak through Israel.

The Washington Post reported Monday that Trump “went off script” during
that meeting and began describing “an Islamic State terrorist threat related
to the use of laptop computers on aircraft.” Officials familiar with how the
United States obtained that information told the Times that “at least some
of the details that the United States has about the plot came from the Israelis.”

“The officials, who were not authorized to discuss the matter and spoke on
the condition of anonymity, said that Israel previously had urged the United
States to be careful about the handling of the intelligence that Mr. Trump
discussed,” the Times noted.

Capitol Hill Republicans expressed alarm Tuesday at reports that Donald Trump
shared highly classified information with Russian officials and demanded a full
accounting from the administration of what the president said.
The House Intelligence Committee is expected to be briefed by CIA Director Mike
Pompeo on Tuesday night, two sources said. The meeting with Pompeo, a former
member of the panel, was previously scheduled. But he is expected to be grilled
about the latest revelation. The Senate Intelligence Committee, which gets regular
classified briefings on Tuesday and Thursdays, is also likely to be briefed on the
matter, according to Sen. Mark Warner, the panel's top Democrat.

“The reports that the president shared sensitive intelligence with Russian officials
are deeply disturbing,” Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said in a statement Tuesday
morning. “Reports that this information was provided by a U.S. ally and shared
without its knowledge sends a troubling signal to America’s allies and partners
around the world and may impair their willingness to share intelligence with us
in the future.”
