Changes To Player Levels
Players obtained in PES 2018 that carry over to PES 2019:

Carryover players whose max level cap was 30 or lower in PES 2018 at the time of the update will be set to level 30 when the PES 2019 update goes live.
Carryover players whose max level cap was 31 or higher in PES 2018 at the time of the update will have their level automatically maxed out when the PES 2019 update goes live.
These changes will apply regardless of the means used to obtain each player, whether it be from a Scout, a Regular Agent, or a Special Agent.
